She has experience in the structuring, negotiation, and review of contracts for entities in the financial sector, as well as in drafting statements of defense for banking and trust companies. Additionally, she has worked in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes before ordinary jurisdiction and arbitration tribunals, particularly in contractual matters, and in preparing legal opinions on commercial and corporate law issues for national and multinational companies.
