María Juliana Ortega Mont graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and has a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes and a Diploma in National and International Arbitration from the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá . During her undergraduate studies, she stood out for her academic excellence, being awarded with honors for the 2016 academic year. She has also completed intensive studies in Insurance Law, Competition Law and Financial Law at the same University. 

María Juliana has extensive experience in legal advice and consultancy in corporate law, corporate and corporate insolvency, as well as in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes before the ordinary jurisdiction and arbitration tribunals in the areas of Contracts, Corporate and Corporate Insolvency.
