Lawyer graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a specialization in Commercial Law from the same University. He has experience in Corporate Law and Insolvency, focusing on advising, structuring, and assisting in business reorganization and liquidation processes, as well as in the legal representation of financial institutions and commercial companies before the Superintendence of Companies and ordinary jurisdiction.

He has experience in debt negotiation, reorganization, and liquidation processes for natural persons who are not merchants and small business owners, representing the interests of creditors, especially from the financial sector. 

Additionally, he has experience in financial consumer protection proceedings, representing the interests of banks and fiduciary companies, as well as in the drafting, analysis, and review of contracts, legal opinions, and documents related to commercial and corporate law.
