Lawyer in the process of obtaining her degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with an emphasis on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Administrative Law. She has complemented her academic training with advanced studies in Economic Criminal Law and Insolvency Law.

She has actively participated in various academic competitions representing the Department of Commercial Law of the same university, including the Second Research Contest on Commercial Custom organized by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce in 2022.

Mariana has extensive experience in drafting responses to consumer protection lawsuits for entities in the financial sector. She has worked on drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as preparing legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters. Her experience also includes participating in dispute resolution processes before arbitration tribunals, providing legal support in the defense of state entities and companies involved in commercial litigation.
