Lawyer graduated from Universidad Libre de Colombia, an educational institution where he stood out and actively participated in the research group on private and economic law. During his studies, he contributed academic articles on international commercial law and corporate social responsibility. As part of these activities, he presented papers at events such as the 19th Brazilian Congress of International Law and the 5th International Congress of Private Law.

His professional practice focuses on corporate and business law, including the drafting and review of commercial, financial, and civil contracts, regulatory compliance management, handling of insolvency proceedings under Law 1116 of 2006, and representation before supervisory and regulatory authorities. Additionally, he provides support in arbitration proceedings and matters related to financial consumers before the Financial Superintendence of Colombia.
